Hi guys talked to some of your staff very good people you have working for you.i am looking to buy 54cm carbon road bike used or possible maybe new.i have $1,500 to spend i know tight budget. Maybe you can help me find a bike that will work cheers doug:)

    • rideonagain June 23, 2013 at 6:52 pm #

Hey Doug, rare that we get Carbon road bikes used, I would highly recommend against even looking for one as all carbon frames have a limited life span.
MASI entry level carbon Premiere PC1 start at $1,525, we have a few Evoluzione Apex’s on sale for $1,699 at the minute in a 53cm at the Broadway store.
      Thanks,
      Ride On

Hi, sorry i couldnt find a place to write a response so here i am. I am debating whether to get a MASI Alare or Partenza, i found this review on the partenza (http://www.roadbikereview.com/cat/latest-bikes/road-bike/masi/partenza/prd_478066_5668crx.aspx) and wondering if this is also true for the 2014 model.
        Thank you, please email me!

      • rideonagain April 14, 2015 at 1:48 pm #

Hey Yoseph, the 2014 models do have a plastic cable guide in place! If it were me I’d go for the Alare, it’s an upgraded frame and groupset, especially at the sale price!!!

I just measured myself and feel that my bike size is 70 cm. Is this a normal size?

    • rideonagain July 28, 2013 at 9:17 pm #

Only if you are about 6″8… general measurements are from the centre of the cranks to the centre of the top tube on older bikes, centre of the seat tube to centre of the headtube is another useful measurement. My guess is that you are measuring from the ground, or up to your seat…. of you have the largest road bike I’ve ever heard of!

Hi I’ve just registered for the ride to conquer cancer this year and I am looking to purchase a road bike to use for training and the ride. I am hoping to spend somewhere between 500 and would need approximately a 58 or 60 bike as I am 6’3″ tall. I also responded to one of your Craigslist ads from around a month ago for the Masi Inizio bike.
    Thanks,
    Ryan

    • rideonagain March 13, 2014 at 9:21 am #

Hey Ryan, apologies for the late reply, it’s been so busy since the sun came out! I know someone called in to put a hold on a 60cm Inizio yesterday (hopefully you)
That was our last one, being 6″3 I would definitely recommend the 60cm (Masi’s largest size) We sill have the 2013 Alare’s available in 60cm and are also 25% off!
One other option for a longer ride like the Ride To Conquer Cancer would be checking out the Fuji Touring which is great choice with more comfortable geometry and a more robust bike for those bigger rides! one 64cm option left from 2013, again, 25% off, only $749.

Hi. I’m looking for entry-level road bike and interested in 2013 MASI Vincere which looks nice and is affordable for me. However, i have a question. Dose the price include tax? Or not? If not, it’s over $1000, isn’t it?

    • rideonagain July 16, 2014 at 11:26 am #

The 2013 Masi Vincere is on sale for ONLY $899, just 5% tax here in Vancouver Canada, so with tax $944.
Act fast, down to just 2 sizes left, 56 and 58cm

  5. Terry Kang July 16, 2014 at 3:04 am #

And which size of Masi vincere do you have?? BTW i’m about 5′ 8″ in height.

    • rideonagain July 16, 2014 at 11:28 am #

You’ll most likely fit a 53cm in this case… I don’t know that we have any of this size left in the entry level MASI’s as it is a very popular size.
Closest option I can think of would be the 52cm Raleigh Revenio 2.0 for you, or the MASI Premiare PC1 models that we still have in you’re size.
      Thanks,
      RideOnAgain

      • Terry Kang July 16, 2014 at 11:26 pm #

…Sounds bad.. i like the design of masi vincere..
BTW, honestly i’m thinking of buying a used bike, and
        can i ask something?
As i told you, i’m 5’8″ in height.
Does 545 of he efective top tube length fit me??
And do u have a bicycle alarm? Cuz i’m afraid of my bike being stolen.

    Hi there,

I am just trying to get the word out for my uncle. His custom TIME NXRInstinct was stolen from his garage last week along with his car. The police just found his car ditched sans wheels in Cloverdale bush. Surely his bike hasn’t gone far either. If you could please keep your eyes peeled and share this on your community pages and /or your social media. We would so appreciate it. More eyes and ears can’t hurt. Below is the post I have put on Facebook and emailed to some other clubs and shops, etc. You can copy and paste it or forward it easily. Thanks again.

HELP!! I am posting this in hope that all the good guys and gals out in BC and the rest of the world might catch a thief or at least a glimpse or a phone snapshot of a thief if you are not the vigilante type of course. My Uncle just had his bike stolen out of his garage in Surrey, BC. It is a top of the line custom road bike. 2011 TIME NXR Instinct. It is white and black with white and black writing, XXS, about 43 cm c-c, Campy Eurus wheelset, white San Marco saddle which is different from this photo of him with the bike.
If any and all of you who live out in Vancouver or know anyone who lives out there then if you could repost this it would be very much appreciated. He is a very avid cyclist working hard making an honest living and I know you guys look out for one another. The more eyes that know about it the better chance of recovering it. If you see it or think you see it you can call the Vancouver police as it has been reported or call/text Ken on 604-614-0601 to tell him about where you see it.
If you have any other ideas of how to get the word out or if you belong to cycling or multisport clubs and can spread the word that would be great. Thanks

Where i live nobody would care about your uncles stolen bike. People don’t give a rats ass about stuff like this in my area because in Los Angeles youngsters will come up to me with knifes to steal my Masi bike. You also said call the Vancouver police!!! Ha ha ha, People in los angeles will either run you over and take off or other cyclists will put a stick in your front wheel to try and kill you like they did to me on my bike. You would have zero, (0) , none or no chance recovering a stolen bike here in los angeles. Maybe i should move to Canada….

Noticed you seem to have some great entry level road bikes for great prices! I’m about 2.5 hours away, but would love to make a weekend trip to Vancouver and get a bike too! Do you still have bikes 2014 or 2015 around the $700 mark for someone 5’8″?
    Thanks

    • rideonagain May 3, 2015 at 3:57 pm #

      Hey Jen,
We are pretty much out of most of the 2014 entry level MASI Bellissima models, we do have a 53cm Vincere left, which is what size you would likely ride for 25% OFF, little over budget. For a versatile comfort fit model the KHS Flite 280 on sale for $649 could be a winner!
Most of the 2015 models start at around $749-$810 from Brodie and Raleigh, always worth stopping by as there are always plenty to choose from!

  8. Jen May 8, 2015 at 10:54 am #

Thanks for getting back to me! Planning on heading to Vancouver tomorrow May 9th to get a bike. Which location should I head to??? I notice you have 4

    • rideonagain May 8, 2015 at 9:54 pm #

For the biggest selection, check out our Broadway store for sure. Catch you then!
      Thanks

      • Jen May 8, 2015 at 10:01 pm #

Thanks! But after the lack of support on the phone today from a female sales associate at the Broadway location, I’m shopping elsewhere! I’m traveling from over 2 hours away and asked for some help over the phone… Ie availability and such… Told her I was coming and from so far. She had no interest in helping and when I asked if she could email or send me some specs she said no way, not today, I’m way to busy! Too busy for a sale…. That’s too bad…

  9. Kaku July 2, 2015 at 11:55 am #

    Hi,
I was wondering what sizes are available for the Raleigh Revenio 1.0?

    • rideonagain July 13, 2015 at 1:37 pm #

Hey Kaku, we have every size at the minute, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60 or 62cm.
Stop by and try one out.
